If you need to manage your own website and website files (upload/download files), you can do so by using an FTP client.

There are many good FTP clients out there.  Here are a couple:

• Download Filezilla
• Download WinSCP

Use the following settings within your prefered FTP client to connect to our servers:

• Host Address:  (your domain name, for example:  www.silverleafdesign.net)
• Username:  (your username that you were given when you signed up for hosting with silverleafdesign.net)
• Password:  (your password that you were given when you signed up for hosting with silverleafdesign.net)
• Remote Directory:  /public_html/

After you have your settings entered, you can connect to the server and upload and/or download any necessary files to/from your website.
